Qualifications

• Bachelor certificate in Engineering/Science field.
• Proficient communication in English; JLPT N2 or higher for Japanese communication.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade customer equipment with senior engineers.
• Use digital diagnostic and analytics tools to identify issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex systems.
• Communicate with customers to ensure high equipment performance and satisfaction.
• Support cross-functional projects and adhere to safety and quality standards.
