Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Content Moderator / Content Reviewer fluent in Japanese to review and moderate user-generated content in line with policies and guidelines. The role demands strong attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to handle sensitive online material professionally.

Training and ongoing support will be provided. Ideal candidates will have JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent, with final selection based on language proficiency and accuracy in moderation tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 or native speaker equivalent).
• High attention to detail for content evaluation.
• Good computer skills and adaptability to content moderation tools.
• Strong emotional resilience, discipline, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in accordance with company policies and community guidelines.
• Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates platform standards.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to relevant teams for further review.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality targets while handling assigned queues.
• Document review decisions and provide feedback to support continuous process improvement.
