Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content such as videos, images, comments, profiles, and other online content.
• Assess content against the client's community guidelines and policies.
• Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates the guidelines.
• Review potentially sensitive, inappropriate, or restricted content according to established procedures.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the appropriate team for further review.
• Ensure moderation decisions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the client's policies.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and accuracy.
• Document and update case decisions accurately in the internal system.
• Keep up to date with changes to moderation policies and guidelines.
• Handle confidential information responsibly and follow all data protection and security requirements.
