About you

Native or near-native Japanese proficiency.

Good judgment and decision-making skills.

Comfortable working with online platforms and digital content.

Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, BPO, customer service, or social media operations is an advantage.

Willing to work in a rotational shift.

Willing to work on-site in Malaysia.
