Job summary

Evonik Malaysia is hiring an IT Vendor Contract Administrator to manage invoice workflows, verify service deliveries, and maintain contract tools. You will coordinate supplier reports and support data-driven decision making.

The role requires collaboration, independence, and strong MS Office skills, including Power BI and SAP S/4, in a dynamic environment with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or FE college qualification (minimum 2 A Levels).
• General knowledge of office systems including MS Teams, Outlook, SAP S/4, InvoiceTrack and Power BI.
• Ability to coordinate the work of others and support business processes independently.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data trends for reports and decision making.

• Serve as a comprehensive resource for managing incoming invoice workflows.
• Address and resolve issues related to invoices.
• Verify delivered services align with invoices and maintain an invoice log.
• Consolidate supplier reports into consolidated reports and coordinate impact assessments.
