A tech startup is looking for an IT Support Specialist in Selangor, Malaysia, to provide front-line support and maintain customers' IT environments. Key responsibilities include on-site support, monitoring IT systems, and managing Microsoft 365 issues. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong technical and communication skills, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay. A positive work ethic and the ability to work independently are essential. A competitive compensation and bonus system is offered.
