Job summary
Enovix Corporation is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Malaysia to deliver hands-on Level 2 support for workplace technology and manufacturing operations. You will resolve incidents, restore productivity, and own repairs with escalation and validation.
The role covers endpoint lifecycle management, security remediation, and patch testing, while coordinating business-application incidents and VIP demands. You will work across global sites, participate in planned changes, and help maintain
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of enterprise IT support experience.
- Experience in manufacturing/operational technology environment preferred.
- Experience imaging, provisioning, software deployment, device lifecycle management.
- Experience with security remediation and patch testing.
- Experience supporting users across cultures/time zones preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 endpoint, identity, and connectivity support.
- Support manufacturing/OT environment as part of IT operations.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides and SOPs for recurring incidents.
- Participate in changes and incident response per change-control requirements.
