Prosperity River Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a front-line technical support sales specialist. You will manage customer requests, drive the complete sales cycle, and deliver engaging software demonstrations to clients.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A 6-month probation offers an RM 2,000 allowance with the possibility of a permanent position and benefits. The role includes lunch provided, sponsored workshops, and regular team activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher is required or preferred.
• Passion for software products.
• Highly creative and autonomous.
• Valid work permit for Malaysia.

Be the frontline of our reliable technical support team. You will manage customer requests through our helpdesk system, organizing tickets to improve response times and boost satisfaction. Your goal is to ensure our clients experience the seamless, enterprise-grade security and support that Prosperity River is known for.

Requirements:

• Majoring in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and providing quality customer care.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with working experience are a plus.
