Job summary

Agmo Studio Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Software Project Manager cum Business Analyst to lead cross-functional teams across client, product, software, UI/UX, and QA domains. You will coordinate requirements, manage risks, and ensure delivery within scope, cost, and schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of software PM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of project management experience in software development.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Maintain client communication, project documentation, and risk/issue tracking.
• Handle change requests and support the project team through delivery.
• Align requirements with clients and internal teams, ensuring quality outcomes.
• Monitor project progress against time, scope, cost, and quality targets.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and support decision-making for stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor team members to sustain project quality and performance.
• Collaborate with product, development, UI/UX, and QA teams for delivery.

Job description

IT Software Project Manager cum Business Analyst

As an IT Software Project manager cum Business Analyst, you are responsible for spearheading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, within cost, and with quality. Key duties include client communication, project documentation, risk and issue management, change request handling, and team support. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for successful delivery and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead, coordinate, and communicate between the client/product team, management team, software technical team, UI/UX team, and quality assurance team.

Strong stakeholder management is a must. Ability to manage challenges internally and externally, build and maintain good working rapport with clients.

Meet with clients to gather, align, and deliver project requirements.

Working as a team as well as working independently to deliver the assigned projects.

Strong organization and communication skills.

Detailed project documentation is needed.

Coach and support the project team.

Identify, analyze, and perform change requests.

Project monitoring to ensure project quality within time, scope, cost, and quality.

Diagnose issues professionally and provide solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage risk and provide solutions to management and stakeholders for decision-making.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent

Candidate must possess at least 2-4 years of project management experience in the software development industry OR equivalent

Strong analytical and written skills with the ability to translate business requirements from end users to technical requirements

Strong team player

Able to work under stress to meet deadline

Responsive and have self-initiative to ensure project quality

Passionate about technology, project and people management
