Hitachi eBworx Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking an IT Software Business Analyst (Associate / Analyst) to analyze business requirements and drive IT project delivery that aligns with strategic objectives.

You will work with internal and customer teams, gather and document requirements, and support testing and training materials. Fresh graduates or 3–5 years' experience are considered for associate/analyst levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience as an IT Software Business Analyst or similar role is preferred.
• Strong English communication and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions through research and collaboration with internal and customer teams.
• Gather, analyze, and manage user requirements to recommend customer solutions.
• Lead workshops and deliver presentations to bank clients.
• Create user documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure systems meet requirements.
• Support test strategy, planning, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with the team to translate requirements into applications.
