Hitachi eBworx Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, seeks an IT Software Business Analyst (Associate / Analyst) to analyze business requirements and drive successful IT project delivery aligned with corporate objectives.

You will develop solutions through collaboration with internal and customer teams, gather and analyze user requirements, and lead workshops for bank clients. The role offers career growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Associate: Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Analyst: Preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to self-growth.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative solutions through research and collaboration with internal and customer teams.
Gather, analyze, and manage user requirements to recommend customer solutions.
Lead workshops and deliver presentations to bank clients.
Create user documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
Conduct functional testing to ensure systems meet requirements.
Support test strategy, planning, and progress reporting.
Collaborate with the team to translate requirements into applications.
