Great Eastern seeks an IT Resiliency Projects Delivery leader to guide the IT Infrastructure strategy and resilience across traditional, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will own a portfolio of resiliency projects, driving governance, risk management, and timely delivery within the PMO framework.

You will coordinate vendors and internal teams, translate business IT needs into technical requirements, and uphold regulatory compliance with BNM and MAS guidelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, IT disaster recovery, or risk management in a relevant industry.
• Advanced project management skills with strategic planning and program management capabilities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise architectures and technologies for network, servers, or databases.
• Planning and organizational skills for team leadership and BAU workload management.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude and capability to drive culture change initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Establish and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices.
• Lead complex, multi-phase projects with significant business impact and ensure timely delivery.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with goals.
• Track milestones and raise risks to PSC and senior management.
• Ensure alignment with PMO standards and comply with PMO processes.
• Translate business IT requirements into technical requirements and coordinate stakeholders.
• Bridge vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting and post-mortems.
• Develop and ensure systems resilience against outages, threats, and vendor risks.
• Ensure DR exercises meet RTO and RPO; update DR procedures with evolving architecture.
