Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking an experienced leader to head the IT Resiliency Projects Delivery capability. You will drive the IT Infrastructure strategy, oversee resilience initiatives across traditional, cloud, and hybrid environments, and ensure governance compliance within the IT PMO framework.

You will manage a portfolio of complex, multi‑phase projects with significant business impact, defining objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, IT disaster recovery, or risk management in relevant industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise architectures and technologies for network, servers, database, storage and middleware.
• Ability to coordinate complex troubleshooting and post-mortem activities across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices.
• Lead and oversee complex, multi-phase projects with significant business impact, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with strategic goals.
• Track milestones and highlight risks to senior management.
• Ensure alignment with internal PMO standards and processes.
• Coordinate between vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and post-mortems.
• Develop and ensure systems resilience to handle outages, cyber threats, and third-party risks.
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery exercises and ensure DR objectives are met.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements (BNM, MAS) and ensure compliance.
