Job summary

J Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Buyer to manage purchase orders, source IT products, and liaise with Sales and Technical teams to ensure timely stock delivery. The role involves negotiating with suppliers, preparing costing reports, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support project orders.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of buyer experience, good data handling skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure reliable supply and pricing guidance for internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience as a buyer
• Knowledge of IT products preferred
• Ability to prepare costing reports and support pricing

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders from customers and suppliers.
• Source lower-costing items for IT products.
• Negotiate discounts and credit terms with suppliers.
• Arrange shipments with suppliers to meet delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams on stock arrival dates.
• Post and file purchase documents from suppliers.
• Support sales team with product data and pricing information.
• Prepare costing reports for project orders.
• Manage inventory data, monitor stock levels, and perform monthly stock counts.

• Preferably with knowledge for I.T. products
