Job summary

Electric Library (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution and delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.

The successful candidate will manage project timelines, resources, budgets and deliverables while coordinating with internal technical teams, vendors and clients. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management to ensure projects meet contractual requirements and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in IT/CS/PM/Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of IT project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee end-to-end IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors and clients to ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Act as primary client contact, managing expectations and communications.
• Ensure deliverables meet specifications, quality standards and contractual obligations.
