Job summary

Businesslist is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical teams delivering application systems and IT solutions within the risk management domain. You will manage end-to-end projects, ensuring high availability and alignment with SDLC, audit, security, and governance requirements.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions and monitor progress, risks, and dependencies while keeping leadership updated.

• Oversee issue resolution, incident management, and recovery planning to minimize business impact.
• Review solution designs to ensure alignment with objectives, standards, and compliance.

• Drive project execution and enhancements while ensuring compliance with SDLC, audit, security, and governance requirements
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular updates to leadership
• Oversee issue resolution, incident management, and recovery planning to minimize business impact
• Review solution designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and compliance requirements

The Successful Applicant

• Over 8 years of experience in IT project management, application delivery, or enterprise technology environments
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end technology projects across planning, execution, and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), project governance, and risk management practices
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical technology solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues effectively, and drive projects to successful completion
• Exposure to Financial Services, Banking, or other highly regulated industries would be an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage both technical and non-technical teams
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
