Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Human Resources/Communication/Project Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and tracking IT project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project trackers, status updates, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes, progress reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up with team members on pending tasks and action items.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and highlighting outstanding tasks or delays to the project team.
• Support communication and coordination between internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project administrative and coordination tasks.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned.
