Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT Production Support experience.
• Shell scripting in Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong Oracle SQL skills.
• Knowledge of FTP and MQ middleware.
• Citrix familiarity a plus.
• Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS) experience a plus.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Understanding ITIL framework or similar service management practices.
