Job summary

The Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei is offering an ongoing university internship in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan. Responsibilities

• Support Service Delivery - Supply Chain IT to back existing solutions and deliver digital initiatives.
• Governance over supply chain solutions within Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical specifications.
• Lead digital initiatives for supply chain solutions like SAP, Oracle Transport Management and WMS/SAP.
• Ensure solution quality, compliance with policies, and adherence to SLAs.
• Provide training and support to users as required.
• Work with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will:

This role will support Service Delivery - Supply Chain IT to support existing supply chain solutions and execute digital initiatives delivery for supply chain functions on scope, time and budget to meet business requirements. The role will function as internal IT consultant to business.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

• Responsible for solution governance over existing supply chain solutions within Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.
• Ensure that service delivery processes are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
• Gather business requirements, influence technology adoptions with stake holders and translate into technical specifications.
• Lead, and execute digital initiative for supply chain solutions like:
• Production and Planning System - SAP
• Logistic System - Oracle Transport Management
• Warehouse System - WMS / SAP
• RF Device and Barcode Printers
• LineView
• Document functional / configuration specifications.
• Ensure solution quality, company policies, project methodologies are met
• Support users in delivery of enhancements and bug fixes, managing service requests and ensuring SLAs are met, troubleshooting technical issues, etc.
• Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful provision of support and maintenance accordance to contract.
• Perform necessary training with users if required.

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics Management Information Systems or any related field.

• Willing to be based at Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
