Celestica is seeking an Analyst, IT Infrastructure in Kulim to install, maintain and upgrade the site’s operating environment, ensuring reliability, performance and security. You will monitor incidents, deploy new technologies and support Windows/Linux systems, networks and related hardware.

The role requires strong problem solving, English communication and collaboration with Global IT teams and vendors. Degree in IT or related field is expected, with preference for manufacturing experience.

Formación

• It professional with at least 5 years in IT infrastructure, hardware, software and networking.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 implementation and audits.
• Experience in a 24x7 manufacturing environment preferred.
• Degree or above in IT related field.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, upgrade and continuously improve the site's operating environment and security.
• Respond to incidents and problems; deploy new technologies as needed.
• Troubleshoot user issues, support Web access and telephony services.
• Plan and maintain high availability of IT infrastructure and networks.
• Prepare technical documentation and update SOPs; liaise with Global IT and vendors.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
