Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking an Analyst, IT Infrastructure in Kulim, Malaysia to install, maintain and upgrade the site’s IT environment. You will support servers, networks, PCs and related hardware, ensure security and high availability, and work with Global IT teams to implement projects.

You will handle incident response, document procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement while communicating in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in IT working experience on hardware, software & networking.
• Degree or above in IT related course (Computer Science, Information Technology).
• CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in a 24x7 manufacturing environment is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and improve site IT infrastructure.
• Plan and manage network topology, cabling and interconnects.
• Ensure high availability and security of IT systems.
• Monitor incidents and respond to user requests promptly.
• Liaise with Global IT and vendors to deliver projects on time.
