Job summary

QL Resources Berhad in Shah Alam offers an IT Infrastructure internship to support daily IT operations and assist ongoing projects under experienced team members. You will gain hands-on exposure to a corporate IT environment.

You will participate in AD updates, onboarding video creation, and infrastructure support, while maintaining asset records and assisting with support tickets. Suitable for students pursuing IT/CS with good communication and Office skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive and motivated to learn and grow.
• Own transport and based at HQ in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Active Directory (AD) update and maintenance, including cleaning inactive/duplicate accounts.
• IT onboarding video creation: scripting, storyboard, editing, branding.
• IT infrastructure operational support: hardware/software upgrades and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation; assist with ad-hoc IT support tickets.
