Job summary

Pr1Ma is seeking an IT Support Assistant to help deliver day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and systems in a Malaysian office. You will assist with troubleshooting, asset management, access administration, and ICT documentation.

You will participate in ICT projects, system enhancements, and digitalisation initiatives, coordinating with vendors as needed to ensure smooth operations. This role involves hands-on support and timely escalation of issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing day-to-day IT support to employees on hardware, software and system-related matters.
• Support basic troubleshooting of computers, printers, network connectivity and other IT equipment.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance and updating of hardware and software.
• Assist in maintaining ICT asset records, inventory and related documentation.
• Support user account, system access and ICT administration activities.
• Assist in monitoring ICT systems and escalating technical issues to the relevant team.
• Support ICT projects, system enhancements and digitalisation initiatives.
• Assist in coordinating with ICT vendors and service providers where required.
• Prepare and maintain ICT reports, documentation and user guides.
• Perform other ad-hoc ICT assignments as assigned.
