Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end transformation projects spanning APAC and Japan data centre locations. The role focuses on standardizing and modernizing infrastructure, deploying firewalls, network layers, Wi‑Fi, and HCI/virtualization while coordinating across regional teams.

You will oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and vendor deliverables, and work with IT Operations, Security, and Facilities to minimise disruption.

• A successful IT Infra Project Manager should have experience leading end-to-end IT infrastructure and network transformation projects across multiple APAC and Japan data centre locations.
• Ability to drive infrastructure standardization, modernization, and integration initiatives.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and overseeing deployment and integration of enterprise firewalls, network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and HCI/virtualization.
• Collaboration with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistent standards across sites.
• Strong skills in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and network transformation projects across multiple APAC and Japan data centre locations.
• Drive infrastructure standardization, modernization, and integration initiatives aligned with the Global IT Blueprint and enterprise architecture standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee deployment of enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto), core/distribution/access network infrastructure, Wi‑Fi, and HCI/virtualization.
• Collaborate with regional/global stakeholders to ensure standards are implemented across sites.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Work with IT Operations, Security, and Facilities to minimize disruption during delivery.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure policy compliance across activities.
• Develop project documentation including designs, implementation plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks while aligning with business objectives and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Information Systems teams across the region.
