Job summary

Chenbro (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. invites an experienced IT professional to join our Johor-based team as an IT Infrastructure & Operations Specialist. You will manage network hardware, ensure system availability, and oversee data center health to support manufacturing operations.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure or support, a degree in IT, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. On-site work at Senai Airport City, Johor, with occasional after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or support roles.
• Strong execution capability with the ability to plan and manage IT tasks and projects independently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support when required (low frequency).
• Solid knowledge of end-user hardware, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and basic network architecture.
• Knowledge of internal corporate systems and OS troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of meeting and conferencing system architecture, configuration, and system log checking.
