Job summary

Chenbro (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its new Senai Airport City plant in Johor to serve global IT and data center customers. The role involves conducting time observations to establish standard task times, writing SOPs, and maintaining ESOP/ROUTING documentation for efficient production.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechatronics or a related field, with PLC & DCS programming exposure and good communication skills to coordinate with Taiwan headquarters and customers.

Qualifications

• Must possess degree (preferred in Mechatronics or related field).
• Experience with PLC & DCS programming and production floor environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities
