Job summary

Kunzz Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an IT Executive / IT Intern to support daily IT operations across Desa Cemerlang and our Johor outlets. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues and provide basic IT support to employees and users.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining IT equipment, supporting POS/outlet systems, and assisting with system implementation, updates, and data backup.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic IT systems.
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and other common IT equipment.
• Willing to learn new technologies, systems, and software.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and support users when required.
• Able to travel between the office and restaurant outlets when required.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
