Job summary

Everlife-Chemopharm Group in Malaysia is seeking an IT Executive to ensure smooth operation of the company's information systems and network infrastructure. You will manage hardware and software components, protect data integrity, and provide technical support to all departments.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, managing software licenses, performing backups, administering SAP and email systems, and enforcing IT policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance.
• Experience with SAP and email system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize computing and network equipment to minimize downtime.
• Oversee installation and management of software applications and licenses.
• Perform regular data backups and monitor data security.
• Administer SAP and email systems, providing user support and training.
• Ensure IT policies are followed and assist in procurement of hardware/software.
• Respond to Help Desk issues promptly.
