BOSCH HOME COMFORT MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking an IT Executive to drive plant-level digital transformation using Microsoft Power Platform as the core toolset.

You will bridge business and IT to deliver automation, applications, and insights that boost operational efficiency while supporting ERP systems and plant IT operations. The role emphasizes designing and deploying Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards; identifying processes for automation; integrating with ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of IT / Business Analyst / Digital solution experience.
• Must-have: Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver automation initiatives using Power Platform across plant functions.
• Design and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
• Identify and implement solutions to eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with ERP and enterprise systems.
• Promote adoption and train users on digital tools.
• Implement Copilot AI Agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio or the Agent Builder in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional solutions and process improvements.
• Provide hands‑on IT support to plant users and resolve system issues.
• Ensure stable day‑to‑day application operations.
• Support ERP AMS, enhancements, and user requests.
• Participate in IT transformation and system improvement initiatives.
• Assist in change management for process/system updates.
• Support IT governance, audits, and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with business users, vendors, and global IT teams.

IT Executive (Power Platform & Digital Automation)

Drive plant-level digital transformation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) as the primary toolset. Act as the key interface between business and IT to deliver automation, applications, and insights that improve operational efficiency, while supporting ERP systems and plant IT operations.

With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics’ fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.
