Qualifications

We are seeking motivated, tech‑savvy, and analytical interns to join our Digital Solutions & IT team. The IT & Digital Solutions Intern will support business process automation, data analytics, application development, and digital transformation initiatives by assisting with Power Platform development, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement projects.

This is a paid internship opportunity that offers hands‑on exposure to real business applications and technology solutions, allowing students to apply their technical knowledge to solve business challenges while gaining valuable industry experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the development and enhancement of applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Assist in creating and maintaining automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Collect, clean, and analyze business data to support decision‑making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and querying using SQL and other data tools.
• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support digitalization and process automation initiatives across various business functions.
• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting applications and system enhancements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
• Prepare presentations, user guides, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business users to deliver effective technology solutions.

During the internship, you will gain:
