Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a cybersecurity professional to monitor, analyse and respond to security incidents and alerts. The role includes implementing security controls for servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud environments, and conducting vulnerability assessments and remediation activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT Security / Cybersecurity experience (Fortinet preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Solid understanding of network security concepts (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS).
• Experience with Windows environments.
• Ability to analyze logs, security events, and incidents.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Requirements

• Identity and access management (IAM)


• Basic security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)


• Experience with Windows environments


• Ability to analyse logs, security events, and incidents


• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
