Job summary

Konica Minolta Malaysia is seeking a capable Business Analyst to work with the Lead Solution Architect and Consultants to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions. You will conduct requirement gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops to capture needs and align them with technical delivery.

As a liaison among Sales, Customers, and Technical teams, you will ensure smooth project delivery, coordinate activities, monitor timelines, and support UAT and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Analysis, IT Project Coordination or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Lead Solution Architect and Consultants to analyze business requirements and design effective IT solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
• Analyze, document, and maintain functional specifications, workflows, Scope of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customers and Technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and successful solution implementation.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor timelines and track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance activities and solution validation to ensure business requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist in solution presentations, project handovers and post-implementation support when required.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
