Job summary
Puncak AI in Petaling Jaya is seeking a seasoned Solution Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications. You will run requirement workshops, document process flows, and support Agile delivery with cross-functional teams.
The role requires 5–10 years of experience in business/systems analysis, along with strong documentation skills and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years as Solution/Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience in end-to-end software delivery and UAT support.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, validate and document requirements.
- Translate needs into BRD, FSD, user stories and use cases.
- Prepare BRD/FSD, workflow diagrams and test scenarios.
- Coordinate with architects, developers and PMs on solutions.
- Support Agile/hybrid delivery including backlog refinement and planning.
- Lead UAT and coordinate defect tracking with the team.
- Contribute to documentation standards and templates.
