You will gather requirements, run stakeholder workshops, and collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, driving automation, API integrations, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Business Analysis / Systems Analysis.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile environments with Scrum/Kanban.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze and improve business processes through automation and digital solutions.
• Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Manage backlogs, epics, features, and user stories; support sprint planning.
• Gather requirements for cloud applications, microservices, APIs, and system integrations.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and validation of delivered solutions.

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst – Cloud Solutions to bridge business needs and technical teams, translating requirements into scalable cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud-native products and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze and improve business processes through automation and digital solutions.
• Develop process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Manage and refine backlogs, epics, features, and user stories and support sprint/release planning.
• Gather requirements for cloud applications, microservices, APIs, and system integrations.
• Work with Architects and Engineers to understand REST APIs, data flows, integrations, and technical dependencies.
• Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements and expectations are aligned.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and validation of delivered solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cloud adoption, and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Business Analysis / Systems Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, system integration, and data flows.
• Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, and backlog management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
