• Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business application development, technical analysis, and business analysis (candidates with less experience will be considered for a Junior Business Analyst role).
• Working knowledge of SQL Script, .NET, or C#.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the tendering process and pre-sales meetings with Business Units.
• Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand operational problems and needs.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from customers and internal users.
• Facilitate SOP/EDI flow discussions with business stakeholders.
• Define and manage project plans for system implementation.
• Analyze and design technical systems and business models for Integrated Logistics operations.
• Prepare detailed requirement specifications; liaise with system architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct system integration testing alongside development teams.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with operations teams and customers.
• Provide end-user training as needed.
• Deliver ongoing system support to end users.
