Job summary

Silverlake Group of Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to help define and deliver a new generation of digital banking products for clients. You will showcase excellent problem-solving in ambiguity, project management, and communication across a cross-functional stakeholder base.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing specifications and training materials, testing, supporting implementation, and liaising between development teams and stakeholders to optimize banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Computer Science/ Information Technology, Business Studies / Management or in any related fields.
• 3-5 years working experience in banking / insurance/ finance / accounting industry may be advantageous.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• Familiar with banking processes, digital transformation, customer and user experience channels.
• Willing to travel and accept overseas assignment (where require).
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Fresh graduates also encourage to apply.

About you

Minimum a Bachelor Degree Computer Science/ Information Technology, Business Studies / Management or in any related fields

3-5 years working experience in banking / insurance/ finance / accounting industry may be advantageous

Excellent written and communication skills in English

Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage

Outgoing and resourceful self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and communication ability

Familiar with banking processes, digital transformation, customer and user experience channels

Willing to travel and accept overseas assignment (where require)

Able to work independently and in a team
