Job summary

B2B Commerce (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an IT Business Analyst to oversee delivery of software solutions, align tech with business goals, and guide projects from inception through execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Ideal candidates have a PM-related degree, PMP/Agile certification is a plus, 1–3 years of experience in software/SaaS, strong organization and communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

IT BA oversee the successful delivery of innovative solutions, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives to meet client needs. The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, tracking progress, managing risks, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. You should have project management experience, familiarity with agile/scrum practices, and knowledge of insurance, with proficiency in tools like JIRA or Agile.

What You Will Do
