Responsibilities

Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining the company’s IT framework.

Assist in installing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware & software.

Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.

Ensure efficiency in PC software, hardware support and availability of network infrastructure within the companies.

Monitor, identify and resolve technical problems, and administer IT related hardware/software problems to meet users' expectations.

Maintains records of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.

Maintain computer records and inventory.

Qualifications

Diploma in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Networking or in a related field.

2+ years of experience in IT support.
