Job summary

Air Liquide Maritime Sdn Bhd is seeking a Workshop Operator to perform general maintenance of T75 ISO tanks and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Responsibilities include corrosion treatment, painting, 5S leadership, and collaboration with the workshop team to maintain safety and efficiency on-site.

Successful candidates will have a Technical Certificate or Diploma in a technical field, at least three years in a factory or workshop, and proficient English.

Qualifications

• Technical Certificate or Diploma in Technical Field.
• Forklift operator license is a plus.
• Proficient in hand tools for corrosion treatment and painting.
• At least three (3) years of experience in a factory / workshop environment.
• Able to work and communicate effectively in English.
• Computer literacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of T75 ISO tanks, including corrosion treatment and painting.
• Lead 5S activities in the assigned work area.
• Participate in weekly performance management meetings.
• Assist workshop supervisor to ensure smooth operation of ISO tank maintenance and lifting activities.
• Monitor tanks movements on-site and review Delivery Orders and related equipment.
• Assist engineers in allocating and monitoring maintenance equipment for preventive and corrective tasks.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Ensure daily processes comply with HSE and Quality standards.
