TANK FARM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION (M) SDN BHD is seeking a project coordinator to act as the technical bridge between Malaysia operations and the Singapore Headquarters. You will plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance for chemical tanks and related equipment, while coordinating procurement and supplier activities.

The role requires frequent travel between Malaysia and Singapore, strong reporting skills, and strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating between operations teams and HQ preferred.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency with standard office software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical bridge between Malaysia operations and Singapore Headquarters.
Travel frequently to Singapore for project planning and reporting.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for ISP chemical tanks, piping, and equipment.
Travel between Singapore and Malaysia to visit suppliers, oversee procurement, and assist with mechanical works.
Enforce strict safety protocols during tank cleaning and fixing operations.
Prepare Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and project progress reports for HQ.
Present progress updates and resource requirements to Singapore management.
Coordinate shipping timelines and part specifications with suppliers across Malaysia.
Compile detailed daily site logs of maintenance progress and manpower usage.
Draft technical reports including before-and-after photos and thickness data.
