Air Liquide Maritime Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Workshop Operator to perform general maintenance of T75 ISO tanks, lead 5S in the work area, and support corrosion treatment, painting, and tank washing.
You will collaborate with engineers, monitor tank movements, assist with preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards daily.

The key mission of this position is to perform general maintenance of T75 ISO tanks, ensuring regulations and customer requirements are met. The Workshop Operator will also carry out standard workshop duties in-line with operational, site and IMS requirements, adhering to the group HSE and Quality standards.
Perform general maintenance of T75 ISO tanks including, but not limited to corrosion treatment & painting, general & chemical ISO tank washing. Lead 5S activities of the assigned work area and assist with upkeep of the facility. Contribute in weekly performance management meetings. Assist the workshop supervisor to ensure smooth operation of ISO tank maintenance including lifting activities and business-related services. Monitor tanks handling of ISO tank movement on-site including, but not limited to review of Delivery Order (DO), gate-in inspection, and equipment related to maintenance activities. Assist engineers to allocate and monitor the equipment related to maintenance activities covering preventive and corrective maintenance. Contribute in process improvement initiatives, specifically for maintenance related activities to reduce DOWNTIME. Ensure daily processes adhere to the Group's HSE and Quality requirement.
