Job summary

Air Liquide Maritime Sdn Bhd is seeking a Workshop Operator to perform general maintenance of T75 ISO tanks and oversee daily workshop duties in alignment with HSE and quality standards. The role requires hands-on use of hand tools, corrosion treatment, and painting, with English communication and at least 3 years in a factory or workshop setting.

The successful candidate will support engineers, lead 5S in the work area, and collaborate with the workshop supervisor to ensure smooth ISO tank

Qualifications

Three years of experience in a factory or workshop environment.
Diploma or technical certificate in a technical field is required.
Able to read and communicate in English.
Forklift license is a plus; not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance of T75 ISO tanks including corrosion treatment and painting.
Lead 5S activities in the assigned work area and assist with upkeep of the facility.
Contribute in weekly performance management meetings.
Assist workshop supervisor to ensure smooth operation of ISO tank maintenance, including lifting activities.
Monitor tanks handling on-site including review of Delivery Order (DO), gate-in inspection, and equipment related to maintenance.
Assist engineers to allocate and monitor the equipment related to maintenance activities.
Contribute in process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
Ensure daily processes adhere to the Group’s HSE and Quality requirements.
