The CEO will oversee R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and service, build a high-performing executive team, and steer organisational development to sustain long-term value creation for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strategic, business-driven CEO with executive experience in automation machinery and manufacturing.
• Mechanical engineering background as a foundation for technical leadership.
• Experience leading corporate transformation, governance, and organizational scaling.
• Proven ability to drive growth, profitability and stakeholder confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation into a corporate structure aligned with listing goals.
• Define and implement strategic plans for growth, profitability and innovation.
• Oversee R&D, engineering, projects, manufacturing and service operations.
• Strengthen governance and compliance to meet public listing requirements.
• Build and mentor a high-performing executive team and company culture.
• Maintain relationships with Board, investors, clients, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and regional/global expansion potential.
• Monitor market trends and technologies in automation and F&B manufacturing space.
