Trinity Technologies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an IoT Intern (Sensors & Gateway) to support the development, integration and testing of industrial IoT sensor systems, microcontrollers, and wireless communications technologies.

This role provides hands-on experience in hardware development, embedded systems, and real-world industrial IoT applications. You will gain exposure to LoRaWAN, MQTT, and Linux, and work with ESP32, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, IoT, or related fields.
• Minimum 16 weeks internship period or longer.
• Fundamental understanding of microcontrollers such as ESP32, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi.
• Basic knowledge of IoT concepts, sensor technologies, and communication protocols (LoRaWAN or Zigbee).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, or Python.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for 2D drawings is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in design, development, and testing of sensor systems for IoT applications.
• Support integration and configuration of IoT gateways for device communication.
• Configure and troubleshoot LoRaWAN gateways and IoT communication systems.
• Document technical specifications, test results and implementation procedures.
• Support firmware programming, prototype development, and field testing.
• Prepare technical documentation and test reports.
• Undertake other duties as instructed by the superior.
