HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced iOS Developer (Swift) to maintain a native mobile healthcare app (MyHealth360). You will provide L4 production support, perform RCA, and implement minor enhancements while coordinating with backend teams and third-party vendors.

You will manage builds and releases, ensure SDK compatibility, and contribute to testing and documentation. This role emphasizes hands-on Swift expertise in a healthcare context within Kuala Lumpur.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L4/code-level production support and resolve complex issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), defect fixes, hotfixes, and impact assessments.
• Develop and implement approved minor enhancements and change requests.
• Troubleshoot mobile application, REST API, backend, and third-party integration issues.
• Support payment gateway integrations, particularly iPay88, including troubleshooting Bills & Payments functionality.
• Support teleconsultation and video-call functionalities involving Twilio Video SDK.
• Manage iOS application builds, releases, deployments, and SDK compatibility updates.
• Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT activities.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with L1/L2/L3 support teams, backend developers, and third-party vendors to resolve issues.

iOS Developer (Swift) – Application Support / L4 Support

We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer with strong hands-on Swift development experience to support and maintain a native mobile healthcare application (MyHealth360). Key responsibilities
