Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support automated invoicing and DA services. You will handle exceptions, follow up with vendors, and perform standard quality checks across job-level and DA-level processes.

Responsibilities include logging errors for process improvement, dispatching DAs to customers, and maintaining accurate records in Optic and Eyeshare, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Local Diploma in Maritime Studies or Accounts or related field.
• Finance or billing background is highly recommended.
• Familiarity with DA processes or invoicing systems preferred.
• Prior experience in Port Agency is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Accounts or customer service is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage automated invoicing dashboards for exceptions and errors.
• Follow up with vendors on missing or rejected invoices post-automation.
• Communicate actions required to resolve basic invoice issues with operators and vendors.
• Update invoice statuses and service details in Eyeshare as needed.
• Escalate unresolved or recurring issues to mid-level team members or Operators.
• Dispatch DAs to customers and log customer queries or disputes; perform quality checks.
