Job summary

Aurora Talent in Kuala Lumpur seeks Head of Group Investment & Development to lead strategic investment, business development and project development up to financial close.

You will provide governance oversight, manage investment evaluation, commercial structuring, market intelligence and external relations across the Group, drawing on 15+ years of leadership and a background in power plant operations & maintenance.

Qualifications

• Degree in any relevant field.
• MBA would be advantageous.
• 15 years of experience.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of staff.
• Experience in power plant operations & maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic investment identification, evaluation and negotiations.
• Oversee project development, due diligence, EPC tendering and regulatory processes.
• Manage governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Lead market intelligence, external relations with authorities, lenders and advisors.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ, regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
