Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is seeking an Inventory Counting Specialist to lead cycle counts, stock takes, and ad-hoc verifications in Klang. You will ensure accuracy and timely reporting while collaborating with warehousing teams.

You will operate WMS and handheld scanners, apply FIFO/FEFO principles, and maintain proper put-away procedures to optimize inventory flow. Strong Excel skills are required for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• At least 2 years in warehousing.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willing to work in shifts and Klang area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory counting activities, including cycle counts, annual stock takes, and ad-hoc verifications.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scanners for accurate data collection and tracking.
• Apply basic Excel skills for data management, filtering, sorting, and pivot reporting.
