Job summary

Pristine Glory Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse storekeeper to handle receiving, processing and storing incoming goods, while maintaining accurate inventory records in our Perak facility.

The role involves picking, packing, and dispatching orders, and ensuring safety, with basic SQL usage to verify stock movements. Candidates should have 1–2 years in warehouse administration and forklift certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in storekeeping, warehouse administration, or logistics management.
• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with inventory databases.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional work.
• Physically fit to handle routine stock tasks.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe workplace.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and reliability.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, processing, and storing incoming goods and materials
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Assisting with the organisation, upkeep, and cleanliness of the store/warehouse
• Running basic SQL queries to search backend database records, track stock movements, and verify inventory accuracy
• Adhering to health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Labelling packages and ensuring proper documentation is completed for all shipments
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required
