MayAir Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage stock transfers, maintain accurate records, and support warehouse operations.

You will work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory levels. The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field and at least 1 year of warehouse experience. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, with good Bahasa Malaysia and English skills, is essential.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse coordination.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inter-warehouse stock transfers, including preparation of Temporary Delivery Orders (TDOs) for stock transfers and Temporary Collect Notes (TCNs) for inventory collection and return activities, monitoring transfer status and follow-up on transactions.
• Maintain inventory records, verify stock transactions against supporting documents, process supplier Goods Receiving (GR) transactions and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Monitor packaging materials, critical items and fast-moving stock to ensure sufficient availability for production requirements.
• Coordinate incoming container schedules, verify tally sheets against packing lists and follow up on discrepancies with the relevant departments.
• Maintain inventory tracking records, prepare inventory and stock movement reports using Microsoft Excel, and support inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with monthly cycle counts, annual stock takes and stock variance investigations.
• Provide backup support for Delivery Order (DO) preparation and shipping documentation during the absence of warehouse assistant.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
